Welcome to our homestay! To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, please read and follow the terms below:
Guest Conduct
Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

| Booking cancellation |
Payment must be made 24 hours after booking. Booking will be cancelled without prior notice if payment is not made within the 24 hours. |
Сancellation policy
Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel for free up to 7 days before check-in.
50% Refund: Cancellations made 2–6 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.
